About the Role!

Codelitt is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, managing the sales pipeline from start to finish, and collaborating with partners to create value-driven services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business models, the ability to identify client pain points, and enough technical knowledge to effectively communicate solutions and compile accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) with appropriate pricing.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients that align with Codelitt’s value proposition.
    • Develop and implement strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Use a mix of outreach methods, including networking, inbound/outbound marketing efforts, and leveraging industry events or platforms
  2. Pipeline Management:
    • Drive leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to deal closure.
    • Understand clients’ business challenges and goals to position Codelitt’s offerings effectively.
    • Prepare and present proposals, including detailed SOWs with accurate pricing, aligned with client requirements.
    • Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the operations team post-sale.
  3. Partner Coordination:
    • Collaborate with partner teams to enhance service offerings and leverage referral leads.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key referral partners to expand opportunities.
    • Maintain consistent communication with partners to align on shared goals and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in software development, technology, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to confidently recommend action plans based on these needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand clients’ business models, identify pain points, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experience in crafting and negotiating SOWs and pricing models.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Fluency in English
